Sir Thomas Dymoke (1428-1470) – Executed in 1470 by order of King Edward IV after joining a Lancastrian uprising. (16th great-grandfather)

Sir Robert Dymoke (1464-1546) – Son of Thomas Dymoke and King’s Champion to Richard III, Henry VII, and Henry VIII and was subsequently made King’s Treasurer after the Siege of Tournai. (15th great-grandfather)

Sir Edward Dymoke (1508-1566) – Son of Sir Robert Dymoke and member of Parliament of Lincolnshire, Sheriff of Lincolnshire, and was King’s Champion at the coronations of Edward VI, Mary I, and Elizabeth I. (14th great-grandfather)

Robert Dymoke (1531-1580) – Queen’s Champion. Was indicted for Catholic recusancy and sentenced to be carried off to the gaol to die and was named a martyr after his death. (14th great-uncle)
